"Kayla offered unwavering support when I found myself alone and completely overwhelmed with the unknowns of the special education system. She compassionately listened to and validated my concerns. She clearly explained the answers to each of my questions and always welcomed more. She taught me to effectively advocate for my child's rights. She was the first and only professional to inform me of the process so that I didn't have to accept anything less for my child. "
